Wooden Sign Maintenance Instructions

Wooden Sign Maintenance Instructions

To keep your wooden sign looking its best, we recommend regular maintenance. Here's a simple guide to help you care for your sign:

  • Annual Check: Each year, inspect your sign for any signs of wear or weathering. Address any minor issues promptly to prevent further damage.
  • Resealing: After two years, lightly sand your sign and reseal it with an outdoor fence stain to protect it against the elements.
  • Deep Maintenance: Depending on your location and exposure to sunlight or sea air, your sign might need deeper sanding and resealing. This will help restore its original appearance.

The great thing about wood is that, with proper care, it can look like new again. We offer a free restoration service for our signs if you need assistance. Please get in touch with us if you'd like us to restore your sign.

Note: We previously used a branded outdoor paint but no longer use it due to its limited durability. Our current materials are selected for their longevity and weather resistance.

Thank you for choosing our wooden signs. We hope they bring you joy for many years to come. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us.
