Personalised Birthday Key with Stand

Celebrate a milestone with a one-of-a-kind 3D layered birthday key, created especially for the person receiving it.

Every key is designed around their personality, interests and story. We combine names, milestone ages, favourite colours, meaningful details and optional photos to create a personal piece they’ll be proud to display.

Each design is carefully cut in multiple layers, assembled and finished by hand by New Creation. Your completed birthday key comes with a coordinating display stand.

Approximate finished width: 500 mm. The depth varies depending on the design.

Limited-time offer: $450 NZD, including a coordinating stand. This special price is available when you are happy for New Creation to photograph and share images of the finished piece on our social media channels.

Our standard custom birthday-key pricing starts from $550 NZD. Outside this limited-time offer, stands and additional design details are priced separately.

Flexible payment option available: You can pay for your personalised Key in instalments by bank transfer, choosing payment amounts that suit you. Please contact us before ordering so we can agree on the final payment date and provide your payment details. Each payment will be recorded against your order so the amount paid and the remaining balance can be tracked.

50% production deposit: Design and production will begin once total payments reach 50% of the order value — $225 for the current $450 offer — and your wording and design details have been approved. Once work begins, the 50% production deposit is non-refundable, except where required by New Zealand consumer law, and no changes can be made to the approved text or design. The completed Key will not be released, collected or delivered until the full balance has been paid.

Shipping and materials: Shipping is additional. There are no hidden charges. If your design requires specialised materials or premium timbers such as Rimu or Kauri, we will provide a quote and obtain your approval before making the piece.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for design and completion, beginning once we have received your deposit and all the information needed for the design. If you need it sooner, get in touch before ordering and we’ll check whether we can accommodate your timeframe.

Proof approval: Please check all names, spelling, dates, colours and design details carefully before approving your proof. Once total payments reach 50% and design or production work has begun, the approved wording and design are locked and no further changes can be made.
